Ring spinning tubes

INTERCIMAR offers a wide range of plastic bobbins for each model of ring spinners available in the market. We manufacture our Ring spinning tubes with different types of plastic, which are suitable for working at the highest spindle speeds according to the technical specifications of the various spinning frame manufacturers.

The material from which the bobbin is made is determined by each application, the properties of product that the customer manufactures, if it needs to be vaporised or not, and also according to the manufacturer's recommendations, in order to ensure that the bobbins can last for a long time.

We can manufacture the bobbins with a metal ring on the base and on the end if necessary and the length varies from 200 mm. to 500 mm.
